Coosa Valley Technical College, also known as CVTC, is a public, technical college located in Rome, Georgia, United States. It was started in 1962. CVTC is a member of Georgia’s system of technical colleges, which operates as part of the Technical College System of Georgia. The college is named after the Coosa River which flows through Rome. CVTC offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study. The college also provides industry training, continuing education, and adult education to its students.
CVTC’s student life is active and diverse. The campus is home to a wide variety of student clubs and organizations which are based on the varied interests of the students.
