Overview

Located in Washington D.C., Corcoran College of Art and Design is a private institution. It was established in 1890, as the Corcoran School of Art. With a student body of over 550, Corcoran College of Art and Design is the only college in Washington that offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in a wide range of disciplines. The college offers a joint bachelor’s and master’s degrees in diverse areas of study including digital media design, photojournalism and graphic design

The Corcoran Student Services organizes and sponsors a host of social and educational programs. Some of the programs include fund raising, student film nights, student art exhibitions and sales, special workshops, art related excursions, and community service events.
