Overview

Davidson County Community College, also referred to as DCCC, is located in Thomasville, North Carolina, United States. It was chartered in the year 1958. DCCC was originally an Industrial Education Center. The college is a member unit of the North Carolina Community College System. It offers degrees, certificates, and diplomas in over 50 areas including accounting, computer information technology, and automotive systems technology.

There are a number of student clubs and organizations available in Davidson County Community College. These include Alpha sigma Lambda, International Club, Student Government Association, Medical Assisting Club, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The college is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). The men's teams participate in sports such as basketball, and the women's teams participate in sports such as volleyball.
