Overview

Defiance College was established in 1850. It is a private, non-profit four-year college of liberal arts situated in Defiance, Ohio. The campus includes more than 15 buildings, which are spread across an area of 150 acres. The college offers a number of majors, which lead to bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Various pre-professional courses are also available at DC:

Defiance College supports a number of fraternities and sororities like the Sigma Sigma Sigma, Alpha Xi Delta and Phi Sigma Chi. In addition, students participate in a variety of sports, including baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, tennis, track & field, softball and volleyball. The college’s athletics teams are known as the Yellow Jackets.
