Overview

The Delaware College of Art and Design, also referred to as DCAD, is located in Wilmington, Delaware. In 1997, the college was established through a partnership between the Corcoran College of Art and Design and the Pratt Institute. Students are offered associate’s degree programs in graphic design, animation, interior design, fine arts, photography and illustration.

The Student Council oversees the activities of students and is representative of the student body as a whole. Financial aid is available in the form of grants, loans and scholarships. The Richard Evans Scholarship, the Enterprise Scholarship and the DCAD Grant are available to students at DCAD.
