Overview
The Design Institute of San Diego was established in 1977. The college is commonly known as DISD. It is singularly devoted to preparing its students for a career in the field of interior design. DSID offers a comprehensive program in interior design, leading to an undergraduate degree. The course focuses intensively in areas like art history, architecture, abstract design concepts and two and three dimensional designing.
DISD students enjoy a vibrant student life amidst the conducive environment of Southern California that encourages creativity among students. The college offers financial aid to deserving students. DISD also publishes a student newsletter.
