Donnelly College is an institute of higher education located in Kansas City, Kansas. It was founded by Bishop George Donnelly and Sister Jerome Keeler in 1949. Commonly known as DC, it is a private two-year college offering a variety of courses. Donnelly College offers programs leading to associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in areas such as liberal arts, applied science, allied health, nurse aide, information technology, business and pharmacy technology. DC also has facilities for international students.
DC has an active student life, offering student organizations such as the Student Ambassadors, the Organization of Student Leaders, the Healthy Student Task Force and the Residence Hall Committee. The college also has clubs such as the DC Soccer Club and Delta Planet. DC offers deserving students financial aid in the form of institutional scholarship programs, such as the Dean’s Scholarship and the Presidential Scholarship.
