Draughons Junior College

Draughons Junior College is a career college owned by the Daymar Colleges Group. Located in Nashville, Tennessee, the college was first started as Draughons Practical Business College in 1879 by John F. Draughon. The Draughons Junior College has a number of campuses including Clarksville and Murfreesboro in Tennessee; Scottsville, Albany, Clinton and Russellville in Kentucky as well as Rockport in Indiana.

Draughons Junior college offers the students the choice of one-year and two-year programs in areas such as business, law enforcement, paralegal and healthcare. The college also offers other career oriented programs for the students such as accounting, computer information technology, e-commerce engineer, bookkeeping as well as computer support engineer. The students also have the option of full time and part time courses.

Draughons Junior College has an active student life consisting of a student government association. The college also publishes a student’s newspaper named as 'Woos You Can Use'.
