Draughons Junior College Murfreesboro, located at Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is a system of colleges that was established in 1879 by Professor John F. Draughons and bore his name. The college, originally known as Draughons Business College, was given its present name in 1954. The Murfreesboro campus of the college was established in 2003. Branch campuses are located in Bowling Green, Clarksville and Nashville. Students at the Murfreesboro campus of the college are offered career oriented courses such as business administration technology, internet web designing and criminal justice. Students are also provided with extensive hands on training to better prepare them for actual industry conditions. The college offers flexible study schedules with both day and evening programs.

Students of Draughons Junior College Murfreesboro can join the Alpha Beta Kappa honor society and can also be associated with a number of organizations such as Pencil Pushers Club and the Student Council.
