Overview

East Arkansas Community College, also referred to as EACC, is located in Forrest City, Arkansas, United States. The college was established in the year 1974. EACC offers students several degrees and certificate programs in different areas of study including journalism, criminal justice, political science, drafting and design, administrative office technology, advanced manufacturing technology, nursing, and mathematics. Its academic departments are business/technologies, humanities, mathematics/science, social sciences, and allied health science.

There are several student clubs and organizations including the Student Government Association, Criminal Justice Club, Lambda Alpha Epsilon, Gamma Beta Phi, Phi Theta Kappa, and Nursing Association. The college's students participate in intramural activities such as softball, flag football, basketball, card games, billiards, and volleyball.
