Overview
Eastern Mennonite University, also known as EMU, is a private Christian liberal arts college located in Harrisonburg, Virginia, USA. EMU was founded in 1917, and is spread across an area of 97 acres. The college also is nicknamed as Royals. EMU offers undergraduate and graduate programs in several subjects which include MBA, and majors and minors in science and arts. The college also offers adult degree completion program.
EMU has an active campus life. It operates several clubs and organizations. Community of Praise Gospel Choir, Social Work is People, Student Nurses' Association and Community of Praise Gospel Choir are some of the clubs and organizations operated by the students. There is a Campus Activity Council that operates in the campus for the individual development of the students. Weather Vane is the student newspaper of the college.
