Edinboro University of Pennsylvania is a public liberal arts university located in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. It was established in 1857. EUP is one of the schools associated with the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. The main campus consists of more than 40 buildings, spread across an area of more than 580 acres. The campus is home to a five-acre lake, beautiful fields and woodlands. EUP offers 100 degree programs and 57 minors.
EUP is home to more than 100 student organizations, including academic clubs, honor societies, general student interest clubs, professional organizations and music and theater organizations. It has an active Greek life with several fraternities and sororities.
