Overview

Elizabethtown College, established in 1899, is located in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Commonly known as E-town, the college was founded by Reverend Jacob G. Francis and other members of the Church of the Brethren. The first baccalaureate degree was awarded in 1921. The college, which has a main campus situated on 192 acres, offers educational programs in the fields of occupational therapy, computer science, mathematical sciences, and religious studies.

The College is a member of the Middle Atlantic Corporation, NCAA Division III, and the Commonwealth League. The sports teams participate in swimming, cross country, baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, and softball. The students are associated with clubs and organizations such as the Accounting and Finance Club, the National Science Teachers Association, the Psychology Club, the Photography Club, Pi Theta Epsilon, and the Robotics and Machine Intelligence Club.
