Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, commonly known as Florida A&M or FAMU, is located in Tallahassee, Florida, United States. It is one of institutions in Florida's State University System. The campus is spread across an area of 419 acres. Florida A&M University offers more than 60 bachelor degrees in over 100 majors. Students may purchase a meal plan which includes 19 meals weekly.

Athletics

School sports include football, basketball, baseball, and track. The school is in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference for major sports.
