Florida College, located in Temple Terrace, Florida, was established in 1946 as the Florida Christian College. The college has been known by its current name since 1963. Commonly abbreviated as FC, it is a private, coeducational college offering undergraduate degree programs to its students.
FC offers programs leading to associate’s or bachelor’s degrees in areas such as biblical studies, business administration, elementary education, music and liberal studies.
FC has an active Greek life, with chapters of Kappa Omicron, Phi Sigma Chi, Psi Beta Gamma and Zeta Phi Epsilon. FC’s athletics department fields teams in sports such as basketball, soccer and volleyball.
