Florida International University is a public research university located in Miami, Florida, founded in 1965. FIU is the youngest university to be awarded a Phi Beta Kappa chapter by the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Florida International AthleticsSchool sports include football, basketball, baseball, and track. Florida International is in the Sun Belt Conference for major sports.
