Fordham University

Fordham University, also referred to as Fordham, is a private, coeducational, Catholic university located in Bronx, New York, United States. It was established in 1841 as St. John's College. In 1907, it received its present moniker. The University, along with all the campuses, stretches over more than 200 acres of land.

Notable alumni of the University include Denzel Washington, Hollywood actor, two-time Academy Award winner, and two-time Golden Globe Award winner; Mary Higgins Clark, bestselling suspense novelist; Donald Trump, American business magnate; and Alan Alda, Hollywood actor, six-time Emmy Award winner, and six-time Golden Globe Award winner.
