Overview

Forrest Junior College is located in Anderson, South Carolina. It is a for-profit, private institute. The college was established by Mr. R.C. Carr as the Carolina School of Commerce in January 1946. The institute was purchased by Mr. Charles M. Forrest in the year 1951.The college was renamed ‘Forrest Junior College’ in March 1989; the name of the college can be abbreviated as FJC. Forrest Junior College offers degrees in the fields such as business administration, administrative office assisting, medical assisting, and criminal justice.

Forrest Junior College provides financial assistance in the form of loans and grants. Apart from this, the students can also earn scholarships from private sources like churches, clubs, fraternal groups, and societies. FJC also offers academic/career counseling to both current and prospective students.
