Forsyth Technical Community College is a two-year public community college is located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The college is a part of the North Carolina Community College System and is one of the largest colleges in that system. Apart from its main campus, the college also has an auxiliary west campus and six additional locations.
FTCC offers a number of degree and certificate programs and is organized into several academic departments. Some of these include commercial and design technologies, construction and manufacturing technologies, transportation system technologies, health administration and business administration. The college also offers scholarships including the College Alumni Association Scholarship, the Apple Foundation Scholarship, the Branner Dixon Baldwin Scholarship, the Martin Bean Scholarship, and many more.
FTCC has a number of student organizations, including the Philosophical Society, Sigma Theta Kappa, 24 Karatz Fashion Club, Journalism Club, Hispanic Student Association, Creative Writing Club, Architectural Technology Club and Women in Information Technology Association.
