Fresno City College

Fresno City College, or FCC, is a community college in Fresno, California. The campus is situated in the heart of Fresno, near the Tower District. It was established in 1910 by C. L. McLane. FCC was the first community college in California and the second in the nation. It is part of the California Community Colleges system within the State Center Community College District (SCCCD).

FCC offers Associate Degrees in diverse areas of study. Students can earn a Certificate of Completion or transfer to a four-year university of their choice. The college has three publications known as the Rampage, the college newspaper; City @ Large, the college newsletter; and the Ram's Tale college works from english and art students.

International students at FCC represent more than 40 countries from all continents. These students benefit from the individualized academic counseling, honors program, international clubs, athletics, and other extra-curricular activities.
