Gardner-Webb University

Gardner-Webb University, also known as GWU, is a four-year, private university located in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, United States. It was established in 1905. The main campus spreads across an area of 200 acres. The university also operates more than 15 satellite campuses located throughout North Carolina. GWU offers associate, bachelor, master, and doctoral programs through the following academic divisions:

Housing and Meals

Gardner Webb provides on-campus housing for 1,103 of its 2,988 (full-time) students (as of 2007). The school requires freshmen to live on campus.

Students may purchase a meal plan which includes 21 meals weekly.

Gardner Webb Athletics

School sports include football (Big South Conference), basketball (Atlantic Sun Conference), baseball (Atlantic Sun Conference), and track (Atlantic Sun Conference).
