Overview

Gavilan College is a community college situated in Gilroy, California. The college was founded in 1919. Gavilan's main campus is located in Gilroy, while a number of off-campus sites are located in San Benito County, Southern Santa Clara County, Holister and Morgan Hill. Gavillian College was originally established as San Benito County Junior College.

GC's athletic teams are nicknamed the Rams. Gavilan College is home to a number of student clubs and organizations designed for the overall development of its students.
