Overview

Gordon College is located in Wenham, Massachusetts, United States. It was founded in 1889 by Adoniram Judson Gordon and was named after its founder and first president. In its first year, the college enrolled 30 students. Prior to adopting its present name, the college was known as Gordon Bible Institute, Gordon Bible College, and Gordon College of Theology and Mission. The college moved to its present campus in Wenham, Massachusetts, in 1955. Barrington College merged with the college in 1985. Gordon College is made up of the following academic units:

The Student Association of Gordon College funds and governs a number of clubs and organizations. These include the Classical Studies Club, Gordon Parliamentary Debate Society, Student Venues Council, Amnesty International, Model United Nations, Asian Student Association, Gordon Film Society, and Student Fan Club.
