Grayson County College, also referred to as GCC, is located in Denison, Texasn and was established in the 1960s. GCC has other campuses at Van Alstyne, Sherman and Bonham. The college offers associate degrees in more than 25 study areas including business administration, arts and engineering. There are also online courses available for remote students of the college.
Grayson County College offers its students a range of clubs and organizations which include Delta Phi Delta, Phi Theta Kappa, the Student Government Association, the Welding Technology Club and Grayson the Nursing Student Association. The college students publish a newspaper on campus called Viking Voice to make themselves heard. Students also participate in campus sports such as baseball, basketball and softball.
