Hagerstown Community College, also known as HCC, is a two-year, public academic institution located off Robinwood Drive just outside Hagerstown, Maryland, United States. It was established in the year 1946. HCC offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study. The college also offers its students distance education and continuing education programs in various fields of study.

HCC has an active student life. The campus hosts more than ten on-campus clubs and organizations including the Arts & Design Club, Association of Nursing Students, Phi Theta Kappa, and the Christian Fellowship Club. The college's student-run newspaper is called "The Hawk."
