Hawaii Community College

Hawaii Community College, also referred to as HawCC, is located in Hilo, Hawaii, United States. It was established in 1941 and was known as the Hawaii Vocational School. This college is under the University of Hawaii system and is among seven community colleges in the State. The college offers degrees and certificate programs through its academic divisions, which are:

Students of HAWCC can join several clubs and organizations including the Early Childhood Education Club, Students Against Substance Abuse, Global Hope, Forest TEAM Club, Phi Theta Kappa, and Administration of Justice Club. The students of Hawaii Community College participate in team sports such as basketball, volleyball, and softball.
