Hendrix College

Hendrix College was established in 1876. The institution was originally called Central Institute but was given its current name in 1889. It is a private college of liberal arts situated in Conway, Arkansas. The campus of the college has more than 35 buildings spread across an area of 160 acres. The college provides major and minor programs in over 30 disciplinary fields. It also has courses in interdisciplinary studies. The institution has formulated various international programs as well.

Hendrix College has an active student life. The campus is home to several student-run clubs and organizations, including the Hendrix Student Association, the Academic & Professional Organizations and the Special Interest Organizations, among others. The institution sponsors Greek organizations like Alpha Epsilon Delta, Alpha Psi Omega, Psi Chi and Sigma Delta Pi.
