Overview

Hussain School of Art, popularly known as HSA, is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The school was founded in 1946 by John Hussain, a renowned artist in Philadelphia; however, the four-year private school was officially incorporated in 1965. The institute offers associate degrees to students. The degree programs include advertising design and illustration. In addition, the institute also organizes summer workshops for its students.

Hussain School of Art has a career advisor who offers students with a number of career support services like creating resumes, developing interview skills, and providing information on the job market. The school provides a number of scholarships to needy and eligible students. Some of them are Charles Jakubowski Memorial Scholarship, Myra Shuman Memorial Scholarship, and Mae Katherine Gerhard Memorial Scholarship.
