Overview

The Illinois Valley Community College, also known as IVCC, is located in Oglesby, Illinois, United Sates. It was established in 1924 as LaSalle-Peru-Oglesby (LPO) Junior College. The College offers Associate degrees in Arts, Sciences and Applied Sciences. The college also offers several professional certificates.

IVCC’s athletic department fields several men’s and women’s sports teams who participate in various sports. The campus is home to a wide variety of student clubs and organizations. Some of them are the Debate Club, Amnesty International, the Fitness Organization, or Round Table Gaming Society. The student body at IVCC includes an impressive number of international students. There are several international student organizations that assist foreign students with admission into the college.
