Indiana University Northwest is situated in Gary, Indiana. It is a public, coeducational university and was established in 1959. The campus is spread across an area of 38 acres. More than 30 academic programs are available at IU. IU is organized into following schools, colleges and divisions:

IU Northwest is in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference for major sports.
