Jefferson College

Jefferson College, located in Hillsboro, Missouri, is also informally referred to as JeffCo. This public two-year community college was established in 1963. It is a coeducational college and was granted the Phi Theta Kappa charter in 1965. Jefferson College has a campus which covers over an area of more than 400 acres. The college offers degree and certificate programs to its students in a variety of subjects such as business, health and medical facilities, engineering and technology.

There are many student organizations and clubs that are offered by JeffCo on campus including the Cultural Club, Phi Theta Kappa, Viking Cheerleading, the Student Senate and Campus Crusade for Christ. The male students in the college play sports such as baseball and soccer and the female students play softball, volleyball and basketball.
