Overview

Jefferson Community College, also referred to as JCC, is located in Watertown, New York, United States. It was chartered in the year 1961. JCC is among 30 community colleges that form the State University of New York (SUNY) system. JCC enrolls more than 3,000 students on an annual basis. The students are offered degrees and certificate programs in a variety of areas including accounting, business administration, and nursing. The college also offers distance learning programs for the benefit of the outstation students.

Jefferson Community College supports a range of student clubs and organizations including the Criminal Justice Club, Human Services Club, Paralegal Student Organization, Phi Theta Kappa, and Writer’s Club. Mmale and female students participate in sports such as lacrosse, basketball, and soccer.
