The Jesuit School of Theology at Berkeley is located in Berkeley, California. JSTB was established as the Alma College at Los Gatos in 1934. It moved to Berkeley in 1969 to join the Graduate Theological Union. The institute prepares students for careers in ministry and other fields of Roman Catholic education. Students are offered bachelor’s, master’s and research degrees in various subjects, including arts, biblical languages, theological studies, divinity and sacred theology.
At JSTB, students are offered services such as career guidance and development and job placement assistance. Career development workshops are regularly held at the school as well.
