Overview

Kent State University Stark, also known as Kent State Stark or Kent Stark, is a public, liberal arts university located in North Canton, Ohio, United States. It was established in 1946. The campus spreads across an area of 200 acres. Kent Stark is the largest of Kent State University's seven regional campuses. It has twice been recognized on the ‘President's Service Learning Honor Roll’ for its environmental and social responsibility. Kent Stark offers associate degrees, baccalaureate degrees, and master degrees in several areas of study.

Kent State Stark has over 30 active student organizations based on the varied interests of the students. Many student of Kent Stark have gone on to become famous including Brannon Braga, Writer and Producer; Ronald Harris, Boxing gold medalist; and Kenneth P. Cazan, Opera-Theatre Stage Director
