Keystone College

Keystone College is a private, four-year college located in La Plume, Pennsylvania, United States. It was founded in the year 1868 by Dr. John Harris and known as Keystone Academy. The institute was renamed Scranton-Keystone Junior College in 1934. The name was again changed to Keystone Junior College in 1944, and it finally became Keystone College in the year 1995.

The college campus spreads across 270 acres of land. Students are offered bachelor degrees in the fields of accounting, natural sciences, business, communication arts & humanities, criminal justice, psychology, and visual art, among others. Courses in early childhood education and professional studies are also available.

Keystone College supports a large number of student clubs and organizations including the Career Exploration Club, Eco Club, Forensic Science Club, Phi Theta Kappa, Prevention Activities Committee, Equestrian Club, and Keystone Art Society.
