Kishwaukee College

Kishwaukee College, located in Malta, Illionois is also referred to as Kish. This community college was established in 1968 and is among the 49 public community colleges in Illinois. It enrolls more than 10,000 students annually and the college campus covers an area of more than 120 acres. The college offers a number of career, certificate and continuing education programs in study areas which include computer programming, aviation, real estate, liberal arts and equine science.

The college offers a wide range of clubs and organizations to its students including the Phi Theta Kappa honor society, the student government association and various athletic programs. The students also publish a newspaper called Kaleidoscope.
