Kutztown University of Pennsylvania is an American, public university located in rural Kutztown, Berks County, Pennsylvania, United Sates. It is one of the schools that comprise the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE). It was first established in 1866 as Keystone Normal School. It was renamed as Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 1983. The campus is spread across an area of over 320 acres.

Kutztown University offers an array of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study. The university is organized into the following academic divisions:
