Lake Erie College Of Osteopathic Medicine

Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, also known as LECOM, is located in Erie, Pennsylvania, United States. It was established in 1992. The first classes were held on August 9, 1993. Joseph J. Namey, D.O. was the founding President of the college. It is a member of the Millcreek Health System. In addition to the main campus, the college has a campus in Erie, Pennsylvania, and branch campuses in Bradenton, Florida, and Greensburg, on the campus of Seton Hill University. LECOM offers an array of master and doctorate degree programs through the following school and college:

  • College of Osteopathic Medicine
  • School of Pharmacy

LECOM has recognized several student organizations and clubs including the Student Government Association, Christian Medical and Dental Association, Alternative/Integrative Medicine Club, Martial Arts Club, National Community Pharmacists Association, Rho Chi, Muslim Medical Students Association, Orthopedics Club, and Wilderness Medicine Club.
