Lake Superior State University

Lake Superior State University, also referred to as Lake Superior State, Lake State, or LSSU, is located in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, United States. It was established in the year 1946. The campus spreads over an area of more than 110 acres. Students are offered degree programs in areas such as recreation management, legal studies, and forensic sciences. The degree-granting colleges under the university are:

  • College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics

LSSU students have access to a number of student clubs and organizations. These include the Anime Club, LSSU Investment Club, Yoga Club, College Republicans, and Anchor House. The social Greek chapters available on campus include Alpha Phi Omega, Sigma Lambda Sigma, Tau Kappa Epsilon, Alpha Kappa Chi, and Theta Xi.
