Lake Washington Technical College, also popular as LWTC, is located in Kirkland, Washington. Though the main campus is in Kirkland, the college operates a branch campus in Redmond. It was established in the year 1949 and today the college boasts an enrollment of over 4,000 students annually with more than 50% of those being female candidates. LWTC offers various associate’s and professional programs in several fields of study ranging from banking and accounting to multimedia design and production.
LWTC has an active student administration which provides a variety services for professional and personal student development. The campus is home to a variety of clubs and organizations which include the Dental Hygiene club, the Phi Theta Kappa Club, and the Skills USA Club.
