Overview

Lambuth University traces its roots to the Memphis Conference Female Institution which was chartered on December 2, 1843. It became a coeducational institute in 1923, and the name was changed to Lambuth College. On July 1, 1991, it came to be known as Lambuth University. The campus is spread across 50 acres in Jackson, Tennessee.

Lambuth University confers the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Music degrees. Students can choose from over 40 majors that are offered through the following 6 schools:

School sports include football (Mid-South Conference), basketball (Independent Southeast Region), baseball (Independent Southeast Region), and track (Independent Southeast Region).
