Overview

Lipscomb University is located in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. It was established in the year 1891 by David Lipscomb and James A. Harding. Formerly, it was known as the Nashville Bible School. It gained university status in the year 1988. The degree-granting schools and colleges of the university are:
