Long Island University-Westchester Campus

Long Island University Westchester campus is a branch campus of The Long Island University which was established in 1926. The Westchester Campus, located in Purchase, New York, is known as Westchester Graduate Campus, or WGC. Students are offered a variety of advanced certificate programs as well as graduate degrees in a variety of subjects. Some of the study areas include education, business, psychology, counseling and library sciences.

WGC offers financial aid to its students; apart from grants and loans, several scholarships also provided by the institution. The types of scholarships available are merit scholarships, incentive scholarships and graduate scholarships. The Recommend-A-Friend Scholarship, the Purchase Community Scholarship, the Career Ladder Scholarship for Teacher Education and the City of Yonkers Employee Scholarship are some of the opportunities to attain financial aid.
