The Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts was founded by Elisabeth Gordon Chandler in 1976. The college occupies a sprawling 47-acre campus in Old Lyme, Connecticut. Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in drawing, sculpture, art history and painting, among others, are offered. In addition, the college offers a post baccalaureate course and a 3-year certificate program.
The Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts offers aid assistance to eligible candidates. Apart from State and Federal grants, various scholarships are available, including the Talbots Women's Scholarship, The Scholastic Art Awards, USA Group Scholarships, The Hispanic College Fund Scholarship and the LYME Scholarships.
