Lyndon State College, founded in 1911, is a public college located at Lyndonville in the state of Vermont. Covering an area of 175 acres, the college consists of over 5 residence halls. The college offers undergraduate, graduate and associate’s degree programs in a wide range of subjects.
Lyndon offers over 20 student clubs and organizations for extra curricular activities. Some of the popular student clubs are Alpha Lambda Delta - Honor Society, PETE (Physical Education Teacher Education Club), Student Government Association, and LSC Chapter of American Women in Radio and Television (AWRT). The Critic is the student-run newspaper of the college. It also operates a radio station called WWLR 91.5FM. The student body of Lyndon includes an impressive number of international students.
