Manatee Community College

Manatee Community College, also known as MCC, ,is a two-year community college whose main campus is located in Bradenton, Florida, United States. It was established in the year 1957. The college awards associate in arts degrees, associate in applied science degrees, and associate in science degrees as well as certificate programs.

MCC is attended by more than 50% of college bound high school students in Manatee and Sarasota counties. It enrolls over 8,000 students each year. The college is among the top 100 producers of associate degrees in the U.S.

Manatee Communtity College is home to a wide variety of clubs and organizations on campus. Some of the popular ones are fine & performing arts clubs, health sciences clubs, natural sciences clubs, and special interest clubs. Many students of MCC have gone on to become famous including Joe Mays, former Major League Baseball pitcher; and Rob McKittrick, notable American filmmaker.
