Established in 1932 by the Roman Catholic order, Marymount College is the only co-educational, private, two-year liberal arts college in California, United States. Marymount College's recent enrollments have benen more than 700 students. The college offers degrees in a wide range of disciplines such as anthropology, communication arts, computer science, economics, education, mathematics, music, philosophy, religious studies, sociology, speech and theater arts.
Marymount College is home to several student clubs and organizations. Some of the student clubs and organizations include Associated Students of Marymount College, Residence Hall Association, Marymount Opportunities for Volunteer Experiences, Amnesty International, Golf Club, Gay/Straight Alliance, Surfing Club, Black Student Union and Fine Arts League.
