Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, also referred to as MCLA, is located in North Adams, Massachusetts, United States. It was established in the year 1894 as the North Adams Normal School. Originally, MCLA was a school for training teachers. The campus spreads over more than 100 acres of land. It offers degrees and certificates in various areas of study including computer science, business administration, psychology, environmental studies, and physical education.
MCLA is home to many student clubs and organizations including the African American Studies Club, Christian Fellowship, Gathering Unitarian Universalist for Young Adults, Student Activities Council, Multicultural Student Society, The National Broadcasting Society, and Good Vibes.
