Overview
Massachusetts School of Law, MSLAW, was established in 1988 and is situated in Andover, Massachusetts. MSLAW offers courses with concentrations in litigation, criminal law, family law, real estate, business and corporate law, labor law, finance and asset management law, juvenile law, intellectual property, media, information law, sports and entertainment law, and land use and planning. Students are prepared for bar examinations through client experiences, hands-on practice under the supervision of experts, and internships.
Massachusetts School of Law students are members of on-campus clubs and organizations like the Federalist Society, the American Constitution Society, the American Association for Justice, Delta Theta Phi, the Student Bar Association, the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual Alliance, and the Black Law Students Association. Among the notable alumni of the school are Steven A. Baddour, Massachusetts State Senator; Sylvan A. Lashley, ex-President of Atlantic Union College; and Barry Finegold, member of Mass. House of Representatives.
