Medvance Institute-Cookeville was founded in 1970 as the Cumberland School of Medical Technology. The institute adopted its current name in July of 2000. Apart from its Cookeville, Tennessee campus, Medvance Institute also operates campuses in Florida, Louisiana and Texas. It offers various programs in medical office administration, radiologic technology, pharmacy technology, medical laboratory technology and surgical technology.
